This superfood salad dressing is as simple as it gets and is full of healthy ingredients to create a vibrant and tasty salad. You can use it on practically anything and it's so easy to make that there will never be any excuse to have a boring, bland salad again.
Superfood Salad Dressing Recipe
1 tablespoon Olive or MCT oil
1 squeezed lemon or 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 crushed garlic (or ground)
black or cayenne pepper
This is as simple as it gets but the combination of basic ingredients will always ensure a super simple, super healthy salad dressing. Thats not to say you can't add more to this basic recipe, there are loads of othes ingredients I like to add to my salad dressings. Give these a try: Mustard, honey, stevia, yogurt, etc. Use your imagination!
