This Cherry Coconut Protein Smoothie is our current favourite and is super easy to make. It is great for a post workout refuel or as a way to add more calories to your diet if you are keen to grow. You will need a pretty decent blender to get the best possible texture. We have been using this delicious and creamy protein smoothie a couple of times a week to increase our calorie and protein intake inbetween large meals.
100g Frozen Dark Cherries
1 scoop strawberry/raspberry whey protein/chocolate works too!
1 tablespoon coconut cream
300-400ml Non Dairy milk replacement (we like coconut or almond)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
