1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
2 squares dark chocolate
Unsweetened Almond Milk (cover ingredients)

Optional Extras:

1/2 scoop Strawberry or Rasperry protein powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Stevia
